Complaints Handling Policy
St Edward’s College is an Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) governed school and as such is subject to the EREA Complaints Handling Policy.

The College welcomes feedback from all members of the College community and takes all complaints or concerns raised seriously. Processes have been established to ensure that any formal complaints made to the College are dealt with in a timely and fair manner. The College’s approach to dealing with formal complaints is contained in the documents below.

If parents wish to raise a concern or ask a question that is not a formal complaint and they are unsure of who to contact, they are encouraged to visit the contacts section of the College website at Who to Contact.

If the complaint being made is in relation to a Child Protection matter, please contact the College Principal, Mr Mark Bonnici or refer to the College’s Child Safe Information on the College website
