UPCOMING SCHOOL VACCINATION VISIT – register online!

Central Coast Local Health District nurses will be providing vaccination at St Edward’s College on Monday 30 October from 9:00am.

If your child is in Year 7 or Year 10 this year and you would like them to receive routine vaccinations, but have not already completed a consent form online, please follow the links below, or use the QR code to register your consent for vaccination.
