Congratulations to Liam Roche (Year 9) who was recently selected in the NSWCCC Under 15’s Cricket team. Liam now heads to the NSW All Schools Selections  in Glendenning.

Broken Bay (BBSSSA) Rugby League Selections

On Wednesday 11 March the Broken Bay Rugby League selections were held at Morrie Breen Oval, Kanwal. The following boys have been selected for Broken Bay:

Unfortunately, the Sydney Independent Catholic College Rugby League selection trials have been cancelled, until further notice.

Representative Sport Cancellations – COVID-19 Update

Considering the recent announcements over the weekend, this has had implications for school-based representative sport.

Currently Broken Bay (BBSSSA) and NSWCCC (CSNSW) have cancelled all representative sporting events for the remainder of Term 1. This includes:

BBSSSA 

• BBSSSA Swimming – Monday 16 March
• BBSSSA Touch Under 13 and Under 15 Boys –  Thursday 19 March

NSWCCC

• NSWCCC Water Polo selection trials at Ryde – Monday 16 March
• All Schools Cricket at Maitland – Monday 16 March
• NSWCCC Swimming and Diving at SOPAC – 31 March
• NSWCCC Touch Football at Nelson Bay – 8 April

Potentially they may not be able to re-schedule these events.

At the moment, these are the only cancellations we have received. Going forward, I would ask that you watch this space and I will endeavour to keep you updated when more information comes to hand.
