Designed to foster academic growth and camaraderie among students, this initiative offers an invaluable opportunity for both tutors and tutees. For students in Years 10-12, becoming a tutor provides a chance to reinforce their own understanding of subjects while developing leadership and communication skills. Tutors will receive Waterford hours for their efforts. Meanwhile, tutees in Years 7-12 benefit from personalised support from their peers, enhancing their comprehension and confidence in challenging subjects.
By participating in our Peer Tutoring Program, students not only excel academically but also cultivate a supportive community within our College. We encourage students to join this enriching program and embark on a journey of academic excellence and collaboration.
