On Monday night our wonderful Year 12 Music students performed a selection of their pieces to a very appreciative audience of family, friends and staff.
It was a fitting evening celebrating their efforts and achievements over the HSC Music course and an opportunity to share their love of music and performance skills with a wider audience before sitting for their HSC performance examination in Week 9.
This event was expertly crewed by the Year 11 Entertainment class who did an excellent job.
The atmosphere in the room and sense of connection our performers felt supporting their peers was truly lovely to be part of. We wish all our Year 12 Musicians the very best and we are very proud of their accomplishments.
On Tuesday Year 8 were treated to a Music concert featuring some of our HSC Music students and some up and coming performers from Years 10 and 11. The event was crewed by Year 12 Entertainment students. The concert showcased a diverse range of genres and was performed to a very enthusiastic audience, providing our musicians with an avenue to hone their performance skills. The performers are to be congratulated on their excellent contributions to the event and Year 8 are to be commended on their exemplary behaviour as an engaged and supportive audience.
