The “Future Doctors Australia” program. It is an engaging and high-impact 4-day program that provides young people with a unique opportunity to gain medical work experience in a safe and structured environment. Participants will have the opportunity to spend time with current junior and senior medical students. They will also have the rare opportunity to spend time with more senior clinicians and various medical specialists. You will get to learn about clinical’s specialist’s relevant fields of work, ask them questions, and learn some hands-on skills from them. Spots are strictly limited. Tell me more

Nursing and Midwifery Insights Evenings – Callaghan and Central Coast Clinical School
Please join us to attend our Nursing and Midwifery Insights Evenings. The evenings are an invaluable experience, allowing students to hear first-hand about the nursing and midwifery degrees on offer at the University of Newcastle.
Students will be able to hear from, and speak with, academic staff and current students from the School of Nursing and Midwifery. Students will also have the opportunity to tour the nursing and midwifery labs. This is an excellent opportunity for students to ask any questions they might have about the Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Midwifery.

Law Insights Evening – NUspace, Newcastle City
The University of Newcastle’s School of Law and Justice invites the class of 2023 Year 11 & Year 12 students, teachers and parents to attend our Law Insights Evening. The evening is an invaluable experience, allowing students to hear firsthand about the Law degree on offer at the University of Newcastle.
Students will be able to hear from, and speak with, academic staff and current students from the School of Law and Justice. Students will also learn about our Legal Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for students to ask any questions they might have about the Bachelor of Laws (Honours) program.
