In just 10 weeks they have learnt how to introduce themselves, ask where other people live and what country they are from, and give basic information. The boys have immersed themselves in learning about Francophone countries and cultures, researching and learning about the rich and colourful lives of 440 million French speaking people. The Year 8 boys have made a brilliant start to their language learning – Bravo!
The French faculty hosted French sessions as part of the Day in the Life experience for new Year 6 students with the help of 13 enthusiastic Year 10 French students.
