Student access to credentials
Current students can download a free eRecord and/or RoSA/HSC/VET credential PDF as applicable from the Certificates/eRecord section in Students Online.

Note: VET credentials for past students will be unavailable for download via Students Online after the 30 June of the year they participated in the course.

Withdrawn Students
If the student has been withdrawn from the course and there are competency outcomes entered. The student can download that VET certificate within the day the course is withdrawn until the system closes prior to HSC results release.

In 2024 – any student withdrawn from a VET course up until November 1, 2024 were able to download their certificate. After November 1 students must wait until 19 December to view/download again via Students Online.

A digital copy of the certificate can be requested by the school via VETrecords@nesa.nsw.edu.au if it is required urgently.

A hard copy of the certificate can be ordered via Students Online in Results Services.
