Hospitality – Kitchen Operations
Students undertaking the hospitality pathway will have access to a full commercial kitchen located at St Joseph’s Catholic College, our partner school in the Trade Training Centre. Students will be trained using industrial standard equipment and resources. These include:
- Deep fryers
- Salamanders
- Bain-Marie
- Both gas and electric ovens and cook tops
- Commercial slicing machines
- Commercial dishwashers
- Stainless steel work benches
