Central Coast English Teachers’ Association Success
19.09.22
Congratulations to our Assistant Leader of Learning for English, Kylie Nowalinski, who has been elected as President of the Central Coast English Teachers’ Association.

Kylie has assumed this role after previous President, Michelle McDonald stepped down to take on a more active role in the NSW English Teachers’ Association. Michelle is our Leader of Learning for English, who also started the branch back in 2019 with Kylie, and other colleagues from across school contexts and sectors on the Central Coast. The Branch launched the first student enrichment day on the Central Coast, Making Waves in 2019 which was a huge success and will be hosting this event again this year at the University of Newcastle, Ourimbah Campus. Both Kylie and Michelle are passionate educators and lovers of English, a passion which they share to inspire others not only in our own school, but across the region.
